I've been testing my hypothesis that a variation of Boltzmann's Fourth Law of Thermodynamics (which states that you can't really "be down" with D.C. unless you are down with the hip hop artist Wale) can be applied to Baltimore Rock and Roll and I've found that it actually can apply to Rock and Roll across the board. My tentative conclusion thus far is that if one sincerely likes the Rock and/or the Roll at all, that person MUST also appreciate J. Roddy Walston and the Business. Therefore, particles attracted to this musical genre should be compelled to migrate toward DC9 by the intersection of U & 9th Streets in Washington, DC this Saturday night.
